Potassium citrate is an easily absorbed form of potassium. Together with sodium, potassium affects the body's fluid balance as well as the acid/base balance. We need more potassium the more salt we consume to maintain balance. Potassium intake should be twice as high as sodium intake, but in many cases, the opposite ratio prevails.

• Potassium contributes to normal muscle function, normal functioning of the nervous system, and the maintenance of normal blood pressure.

Dosage for adults: 2 capsules per day with food.

Recommended dose should not be exceeded. Food supplements should not be used as an alternative to a varied diet. Store in a dry place and out of reach of children.
