Methyl-Guard Plus is a dietary supplement with betaine, vitamin B6, B12, and folic acid. This is the stronger version of MethylGuard, which also contains vitamin B2.

Betaine, vitamin B6, B12, and folic acid contribute to normal homocysteine metabolism. When homocysteine metabolism improves, other processes important for health can be affected. Methyl-Guard contains these vitamins in bioavailable forms ready for direct use in the body.

Dosage for adults: 1-3 capsules once a day. Not for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women.
