Foot bath

Give yourself a nice foot bath with beneficial salt and apply a moisturizing and nourishing organic foot cream. Your body and feet will thank you. You can use natural salt as foot bath salt, it is very cleansing, stimulating and has a relaxing effect on the entire organism. Mix e.g. 1 dl salt with 15 drops of essential oil. Stir and add to the water.
