According to NASA, exercising on a mini-trampoline is ""the most effective form of exercise ever invented."" Every time you bounce, all cells in your body experience intense movement simultaneously, making the workout extremely effective. The fact that it's also very simple and fun makes it surprising that more people don't use it.
The Bellicon mini-trampoline is by far the most enjoyable and best rebounder to exercise on, with its unique bungee cords, extra flexible mat, and sturdy frame. This provides a wonderful ""flying"" sensation when you bounce and is gentle on your back and joints.

What makes Bellicon unique is the bungee cords used instead of traditional metal springs. This provides a much softer flex which often creates a ""flying"" sensation for the user.
Thanks to its special polypropylene mat, which is used for large trampolines, Bellicon provides both a soft and dynamic ""bounce"". The strong material makes the mat durable for people up to 200kg and is highly slip-resistant. Bellicon has a robust and durable steel frame.
On regular, cheaper rebounders, the weight is broken more abruptly on the way down, you bounce less ""deeply"", resulting in greater strain on joints while making the workout less effective.
On a Bellicon, you simply bounce deeper, softer, and more powerfully.
What happens in your body when you bounce on a Bellicon?
The human body consists of approximately forty trillion cells, all working together to create life. For the body's health, it's obviously important that all these cells get to move, as movement is life.
Every time the ""zero point"" is reached at the top of the bounce, the body becomes weightless and the muscles relax. When you come down on the mat again, all cells automatically tense to keep the body upright, and at the lowest point, maximum gravitational force is reached.
In this way, all cells - not just muscles - alternate between relaxed weightlessness and powerful tension. This repeated shift in gravitation creates enormous activity in your body: even if you don't experience the movement as strenuous, your entire body is working.
Every cell tenses and relaxes, increases blood and lymph circulation, strengthens your immune system, makes your mind clearer and strengthens all muscles simultaneously.

Training on a Bellicon compared to other exercise machines:
Stepper: The up and down movement on the mini trampoline activates the same muscles used for climbing stairs - or using a step board.
Cross-Trainer: Bellicon activates all major muscle groups more effectively than a Cross-Trainer, and can provide a thorough cardiovascular workout.
Treadmill: You can jog on your mini trampoline in a way that provides deeper steps (= greater muscle exertion) and is gentler on your joints.
Vibration Plate: Vibration plates are a very effective way to exercise by creating many small intervals of tension and relaxation - similar to a mini trampoline. However, bouncing on a Bellicon is more fun, quieter, and more cost-effective.
Balance Board: Bellicon functions like a large balance board - your feet are constantly engaged to maintain balance, which challenges your entire body to strengthen coordination and musculature.
You can advantageously use small weights while bouncing. This provides extra strength in arms, shoulders and upper body.
Ordering your Bellicon:
You can customize a trampoline according to your preferences. The different options available are:
1. Legs: You can choose between screw-in legs and foldable legs. Both are stable and reliable - the foldable legs make it easier to store the trampoline when needed.
2. Band strength (special color on the clip): The bungee bands come in five different strengths which you select in the ""Strength"" menu above the purchase button. You choose the strength of the bands according to the table below.
Base your choice on your weight and then select the type of training you want to do. If several people will be using the mat, base the choice on the heaviest person.
Health Bounce (green table) is optimal for:
- Light to medium training.
- Arthrose or lymphoedema in the legs.
- Problems with back, discs, knees, joints, vertebrae, or any conditions requiring particularly gentle exercise.
Consider choosing a higher strength (blue table) for:
- Medium intensive training.
- Osteoporosis or osteopenia.
- Chronic foot pronation (foot tilts inward, putting pressure on your ligaments, tendons, and joints) requiring treatment or corrective shoes.
- Balance difficulties (you may also consider choosing support bars).
Consider higher strength (red table) for:
- Intensive training such as aerobics and fitness sessions on the rebounder.

Important before purchase: How high is your ceiling?
The minimum height required to use a Bellicon is: your own height plus 60 cm. Measure this before ordering to avoid an unpleasant surprise. And be careful if you're close to the limit! Also make sure the room is large enough for the rebounder.
We do not accept returns on rebounders as they are custom-made products manufactured specifically for you.
Warranty: 1 year on the mat. 7 years on the steel frame.
The rubber bands are not covered by warranty, they need to be replaced approximately once per year to once every two years depending on how much you bounce. They cost around 750 SEK.
