Superzym is a digestive enzyme that contains 14 different plant enzymes and also includes cardamom, fennel, and ginger. These enzymes work in both the alkaline environment of the upper intestines and the acidic environment of the stomach. They are active at pH levels between 3.0 and 9.0.
Adult dosage: 1-2 capsules with larger meals.
