3 simple immune-boosting smoothies with superfoods

2 dl fresh spinach and/or baby kale
3 dl almond or oat milk
3 dl chopped mango, kiwi, and pineapple
2 cm peeled fresh ginger
Juice of half a lemon
2 tsp moringa powder or 2 droppers of moringa extract

Mint Surprise, 1 serving

1 scoop plant-based vanilla protein
1 pinch AFA powder
1/4 avocado
1 tbsp chia seeds
Juice of a whole lemon
1/2 cucumber, chopped
A handful of fresh or 1 tbsp frozen mint leaves
3.5 dl oat or almond milk

Superberry Boost, 1 serving

2 dl fresh or frozen berries; e.g., raspberries, blueberries, and/or blackberries
2 bananas
1 dropper of tulsi extract
2 dl water
