Want to make your own healthy chocolate at home? Here is a simple chocolate recipe with alternative sweetening for those who don’t want conventional white sugar. Perfect when you want to offer something tasty or why not during Easter celebrations?
You need
100 g cocoa butter 50 g cocoa powder 100 g carob powder or lucuma 2 tbsp coconut palm sugar, xylitol, or honey 50 g – 100 g dried fruit and/or nuts/seeds. You can use, for example, raisins, goji berries, coconut, hemp seeds, cashews, almonds, pumpkin seeds, etc.
How to make it?
- Melt the cocoa butter over low heat.
- Stir in all the other ingredients until it becomes a smooth mixture.
- Pour into molds. Silicone molds work best, in our opinion.
- Place in the freezer for 15 minutes.
- Then store in the refrigerator.
- Nice silicone molds can be found, for example, at Panduro.
