Hemp – chia – berry – smoothie
5 dl unsweetened hemp milk (you can use any other milk you prefer, e.g., almond or oat)
1/2 tsp lactic acid bacteria (you can open a capsule and pour out the contents)
2 bananas
300 grams frozen or fresh berries
1 tbsp goji berries
1 tbsp honey or none if you think the bananas provide enough sweetness or if you are vegan
2 tsp acai or blueberry powder
1 tsp wheatgrass or barley grass powder
1 tsp hulled hemp seeds
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp hemp oil
1 pinch of Celtic salt (optional) Blend everything in a powerful blender until smooth
Smoothie bowl with vegetables, almond & bee pollen
2.5 dl unsweetened almond milk
½ avocado
1 small cucumber
2 celery stalks
1 banana
1 tbsp almond butter
1 tsp bee pollen
1 tsp spirulina
a pinch of ginger powder
Chop the vegetables into smaller pieces
Blend everything in a powerful blender until smooth
