Alpha Plus Magnesium 375 mg, 90 capsules

Alpha Plus Magnesium contains magnesium and vitamin B6 in vegetable cellulose capsules. Magnesium contributes to reduced fatigue and exhaustion, normal energy metabolism as well as the normal function of the nervous system, muscles and psychological function. It also contributes to maintaining a normal bone structure. Vitamin B6 in the form of pyridoxal-5'-phosphate works together with magnesium.

Adult dosage: 1 capsule daily with a meal.

Recommended dose should not be exceeded. Food supplements should not be used as an alternative to a varied diet. Store in a dry place and out of reach of children.
