Description

Glimja B12 + Methylfolate is a dietary supplement containing active forms of vitamin B12 and folate. 

Methylated forms

Methylated B vitamins are forms that contain a methyl group. Examples include methylcobalamin (B12) and methylfolate (B9).

Methylcobalamin is a methylated form of vitamin B12 that the body can use directly.

L-5-MTHF is a methylated form of folate which, unlike synthetic folic acid, does not need to be converted before the body can use it.

Glimja's B12 + Methylfolate contains vitamin B12 in the form of methylcobalamin and folate in the form of L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate (L-5-MTHF). Just one capsule a day is enough.
