Better You Organic Oregano & Moringa Oil, 30 ml

Dosage for adults, internal use: Take 2 drops 1-3 times daily diluted in 2-3 dl of water, tea, or any liquid of your choice, and stir. Must absolutely NOT be taken undiluted.

External use:  Diluted in oil (maximum 2% concentration) on the skin or for aromatherapy. Start with a small area to check tolerance. Harmful if used undiluted. Wash the skin thoroughly after use.

Use in an aroma diffuser: Add a couple of drops to your aroma diffuser and let it disperse through the air.

Skincare: Traditionally used in blends for oily or blemished skin. Can be combined with carrier oils such as coconut or neem oil. Suitable for massage when a warming and invigorating sensation is desired.

Hair care: Can be added to shampoo or hair oil as part of a cleansing or balancing scalp-care routine.

Oral hygiene: One drop on the toothbrush together with toothpaste.

Label: The oil must not be exposed to heat, hot surfaces, open flames, or other ignition sources, or used while smoking. Avoid inhaling concentrated vapour/spray.

Allergy information: Oregano may cause reactions in people who are allergic to Lamiaceae (mint family plants such as basil, lavender, marjoram, mint, and sage).
