Healthy bile production and bile flow
Bile Nutrients supports healthy bile production and bile flow and is suitable for people with or without a gallbladder.
About bile
Bile is produced in the liver and plays an important role in digestion, particularly in the breakdown and absorption of fat. When the gallbladder has been surgically removed, the liver continues to produce bile just as before. The difference is that bile can no longer be stored and concentrated in the gallbladder, but is instead transported continuously through the bile ducts to the small intestine. Since the body no longer has the same ability to store concentrated bile in preparation for a meal, some people may find it more difficult to process larger amounts of fat at once.

This is a dietary supplement. The recommended dose should not be exceeded. Dietary supplements should not be used as an alternative to a varied diet. Store in a dry place and keep out of reach of children.
Important information:
Some people experience constipation at first when they start taking Bile Nutrients. If this happens, simply drink more water and increase the dose of Bile Nutrients. If you are only taking 2 capsules before dinner, also take 2 before lunch. If you are already taking 2 and 2, you may want to switch to taking 4 capsules at once before dinner.
Stools should be normal.
a) If your stools were initially too hard and then became too loose, you should consider reducing the dose or frequency of use.
b) If your stools are too loose and remain loose, you should consider continuing with the full dose.
C) When working to promote healthy bile production and good bile flow, it is a good idea to reduce your intake of fat, nuts, seeds, oils, carbohydrates, and sugar. This allows the liver to rest while Bile Nutrients works to maintain sufficient bile production.
Store in a dry, cool, dark place, out of reach of children.
