Bragg Liquid Aminos 473 ml

Bragg Liquid Aminos is a liquid protein concentrate produced from soybeans and purified water. It contains 16 essential amino acids.

No salt is added during the process, therefore it doesn't have the saltiness of regular soy sauce. It is unfermented and unheated. Bragg Liquid Aminos is a substitute for soy sauce.

Usage: It can be used in dressings, soups and stews, or on vegetables, beans, tofu, tempeh, stir-fries, as well as in sauces and marinades. Just as you would use soy sauce.
