3 capsules twice a day before meals, preferably before breakfast and then before lunch. For best results, 3 jars are recommended for a course. We initially recommend taking the product for eight weeks (56 days) straight and then resting for a month before possibly resuming use. Depending on the individual, it may take anywhere from 2-3 eight-week cycles to balance overall issues.
