Organic Lavender essential oil (Lavandula angustifolia).
1. Add a few drops to your favorite oil; for example, jojoba oil or almond oil to create a wonderful body oil, hair oil, or hair mask.
2. Lavender oil is perfect as a massage oil since lavender is so relaxing. Use 2-3 drops per 10 ml of oil. Feel free to use this oil on insect bites and itchy rashes, but not on open wounds. Tip: Mosquitoes don’t like the scent of lavender.
3. Lavender can be dropped directly into the bath, 2-4 drops are enough, a wonderful scent spreads throughout the bathroom. Also suitable for your child’s bath. It can reduce muscle tension, relieve headaches, and promote good sleep.
4. Lavender works excellently in an aroma lamp in your home. Add water to the bowl, about 6 drops in the water, and light the candle underneath. It’s nice to have an aroma lamp in the bedroom if you or someone you love has trouble falling asleep or is sick. If you don’t have an aroma lamp, you can drop a few drops into a bowl of warm, freshly boiled water.
