The low speed of the juicer ensures that vitamins, minerals, and enzymes remain intact, and also that only a minimal amount of oxygen is mixed in, so oxidation occurs more slowly.

Greenstar has a three-step extraction process that starts by crushing the raw materials, then mixing and scrubbing, which further opens the cell membranes and fibers, and finally ends with pressing that squeezes the juice through the coarse or fine mesh filter.

Greenstar Pro delivers higher nutritional value:

To provide gentle extraction, Greenstar uses low-speed extraction, only 110 RPM, which keeps the temperature very low. Additionally, the low speed means very little oxygen is mixed with the freshly pressed juice, which otherwise causes oxidation and significantly reduces the nutritional value of the finished juice. When heat is generated during the extraction process with simpler juicers (centrifugal, shredders, etc.), vitamins and enzymes are damaged.

Bio-magnets are integrated into the two conical gears that chew the raw materials in Greenstar to optimize juice quality. The magnets are said to increase the bioavailability of minerals and "pull" more minerals into the juice.

Many uses:

With Greenstar Pro, you can also make sorbet or puree from your fresh or frozen fruits as well as desserts with nuts and dried fruits. Greenstar works very well for root vegetables, vegetables, and fruit. However, it is optimal if soft fruit is mixed with harder fruit like apples.

Why "only" a 165 W motor?

It may sound contradictory that a 165 W motor can be effective when most juicers on the market have over 500 W.
