Description

Citicoline Cognizin® contains citicoline, also known as CDP-choline, and is a dietary supplement for the brain and memory. Citicoline is a special form of the essential nutrient choline, which is readily converted into acetylcholine and phosphatidylcholine, important substances in the brain.

The product also contains zinc, pantothenic acid, and vitamin C. Pantothenic acid contributes to normal mental performance, and zinc contributes to normal cognitive function (e.g. memory and concentration). 

Dosage for adults: 1-2 capsules daily with a meal. If needed, the capsule can be pulled apart and the contents mixed into food or a drink. Note: Not suitable for children, pregnant women, or breastfeeding women.

The recommended dose should not be exceeded. Food supplements should not be used as an alternative to a varied diet.
