LuteinBlå contains zinc and vitamin A (in the form of beta-carotene), which helps maintain normal vision. It also contains lutein, blueberry, zeaxanthin, selenium, vitamin C and vitamin E. The lutein comes from marigold which contains both xanthophyll carotenoids lutein and zeaxanthin.

Adult dosage: 1 capsule daily with a meal. The capsules can be opened.

Recommended dose should not be exceeded. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store in a dry place and keep out of reach of children.

Blueberry powder (V. myrtillus), tagetes extract with pea starch (Tagetes erecta L. with lutein and zeaxanthin), vitamin C (ascorbic acid), zinc citrate, vitamin E (d-alpha-tocopheryl succinate), vitamin A (beta-carotene from Blakeslea trispora, with corn starch), selenomethionine. Vegetable capsule made from cellulose (from trees) and colored with purple carrot. The capsule can be pulled apart and the contents sprinkled into food or drink.
