Dosage: 2 level scoops (60 g), mixed with 2–3 dl of any beverage. Shake vigorously or blend. A scoop is included in the container. To make the drink more filling and thicker in consistency, add ½ teaspoon of Helhetshälsa Psyllium Husk per serving.
