The enzymes break down food into nutrients small enough to pass through the small intestine wall and be absorbed into the blood. The enzymes support digestion and thereby help increase nutrient absorption. During periods of stress, it can be beneficial to add extra digestive enzymes.

Adult dosage: 1-2 capsules 3 times daily with meals.
