Description

Holistic Vitamin D provides 2000 IU (50 μg) D3 dissolved in organic coconut oil, which allows the body to absorb the vitamin effectively even when taken on an empty stomach. We recommend supplementing Vitamin D with magnesium and vitamin K2. The reason is that all minerals and vitamins interact and are each other's antagonists or synergists.

Adult dosage: 1 capsule per day.

Recommended dose should not be exceeded. Food supplements should not be used as an alternative to a varied diet. Store in a dry place and out of reach of children.
