Femme Fertil contains

• All B vitamins, including methylated forms of B6, B9 (folic acid), and B12.
• With Quatrefolic® (the active form of folic acid), Femme Fertil helps maintain adequate folate levels, which is especially important early in pregnancy.
• B12, which helps reduce tiredness and fatigue.
• Vitamin B6, which helps regulate hormone activity.
• Antioxidants vitamin C, E, zinc, selenium, and copper, all included and contributing to protecting cells from oxidative stress.
• Choline, which contributes to normal homocysteine metabolism, normal fat metabolism, and maintaining normal liver function.

Can be complemented with Omega 3

Feel free to complement this supplement with Omega-3 algal oil. The fatty acid DHA helps maintain normal brain function and normal vision. The beneficial effect is achieved with a daily intake of 250 mg DHA.
