Holistic NAC

Holistic NAC contains 500 mg/capsule of the sulfur-containing amino acid N-Acetyl Cysteine, also known as NAC. Cysteine is needed in the body to form glutathione. NAC supplementation therefore supports, among other things, the body's glutathione levels.

Adult dosage: 1 capsule per day or as recommended, to be taken between meals.

Note: Not for pregnant and nursing women or when taking blood-thinning medications. Caution should be exercised in cases of diabetes or tendency towards kidney stones.

Recommended dose should not be exceeded. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store in a dry place and keep out of reach of children.
