Holistic Silicon is a dietary supplement containing organic mineral compounds from bamboo - a very fast-growing plant. Silicon occurs naturally in the body, where it is needed for the formation of collagen and connective tissue.

The mineral silicon is a trace element found in bamboo shoots, spinach, apples, cherries, strawberries, almonds, cabbage, honey, and in wild plants such as nettles, horsetail, and dandelion.

Adult dosage: 1 capsule per day.

Do not exceed recommended dosage. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store in a dry place and keep out of reach of children.
