MaryRuth's zinc is a liquid zinc supplement in the form of zinc sulfate. All MaryRuth's products are vegan-friendly and free from unnecessary additives.
Zinc plays a role in cell division process and contributes to:
- normal acid-base balance.
- normal carbohydrate metabolism.

- normal DNA synthesis.
- normal fertility and reproduction.

Adult dosage: 3 ml (4 pumps* of the pipette) per day with food - should be diluted with approx. 1/2 cup of water. This provides 11.25 mg of zinc daily.
Note: *The dropper does not fill completely when you take a "pump" but rather about 1/3. One such partially filled dropper counts as one "pump".
Dosage for children & young adults:
Young adults (12-17): 3 ml (4 pumps) providing 11.25 mg zinc per day.
Children (4-11 years): 1.5 ml (2 pumps) providing 5.6 mg zinc per day
Children (2-3 years): 0.8 ml (1 pump) providing 3 mg zinc per day.
Do not exceed recommended dosage. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store in a dry place and keep out of reach of children.
