Megadose Liposomal Vitamin C is a dietary supplement containing vitamin C in liposomal form.

Liposomal technology

The nutrients are encapsulated in small fat-based structures known as liposomes. Each dose consists of millions of microscopic bubbles (liposomes) filled with vitamin C and surrounded by protective phospholipids. The liposomal technology is designed to protect and transport the nutrients and promote their availability to the body. The lipids are made from sunflower seeds, not soy.

All MaryRuth’s products are vegan, gluten-free and free from unnecessary additives. The natural flavours are produced under strict controls without harmful substances such as aspartame, GMOs or glycol, which may otherwise be included.

Liposomal proprietary blend of organic sunflower seed oil and lecithin (phosphatidylcholine), vitamin C (ascorbic acid), vitamin E (d-alpha-tocopherol), vegetable glycerin, purified water, orange oil, flavoring (vanilla), beta-carotene, potassium bicarbonate (preservative), fatty acid (oleic acid), and citric acid.

The natural flavoring is produced under strict controls without hazardous substances such as aspartame, GMOs, or glycol, which may otherwise be included.

After opening, the bottle should be stored in the refrigerator. Once opened and refrigerated, it has a shelf life of 18 months. If stored in the refrigerator and sealed (unopened), it has a shelf life of 2 years.

Please note: Liposomal products undergo changes in temperature and altitude during transport, which may cause pressure to build up inside the bottle. This can result in “bubbling” when the product is opened. This does not affect the product’s quality. Here are some tips to prevent this from happening:
- Refrigerate the product first.
- Keep the product upright when opening it for the first time.
- Open it slowly from the corner to release the pressure.
