MaryRuth's Oil of Oregano is a liquid dietary supplement containing oregano oil. The oregano oil is extracted from organic oregano and contains at least 60% carvacrol. It is delivered in organic extra virgin olive oil in a glass bottle with a dropper. All MaryRuth's products are vegan-friendly and free from unnecessary additives.
Adult Dosage: Shake the bottle before each use. Take 5 drops (0.15 ml) 1-3 times per day. Best taken diluted in water, between meals.
Note: Not for children, pregnant or nursing women. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store in a dry place and keep out of reach of children.
