Närokällan Vitamin E is a complex of vitamin E with tocopherols and tocotrienols in the form of alpha, beta, delta, and gamma. Vitamin E is essential for protecting cells against oxidative stress. The need increases when exercising intensively, experiencing stress, going through menopause, or being over 50 years old.

Adult dosage: 1 capsule daily with food.
