Upgrits Methylated B-Complex is designed to support the body's many vital functions. B vitamins are a versatile group of nutrients with unique and important roles in the body's well-being. The body can produce some B vitamins through a balanced gut flora, but a varied diet is essential to meet the needs. During periods of stress or an unbalanced diet, the need for B vitamins increases. B vitamins are necessary for energy metabolism, the nervous system, and mental well-being.
- Vitamin B6 and B12 contribute to the normal function of the immune system, reduced tiredness and fatigue, normal psychological function, and normal homocysteine metabolism.
