Odylique - Organic Sun Screen Sunscreen SPF 30, 50 ml

Odylique has developed a truly excellent and exceptionally pure sunscreen with natural UV-protective zinc oxide (not in nanoparticle size) and skin-nourishing karanja seed oil. Completely free from nanoparticles, silicones, synthetic filters, preservatives, perfumes, and colorants. The sunscreen is organically certified by the Soil Association.

What it does:

This organic sunscreen does not leave a white residue on the skin. On darker skin, it may appear slightly white. It absorbs quickly into the skin and provides effective sun protection without clogging pores.

The sunscreen is 100% natural and 75% organic, offering both sun protection and skincare with shea butter that protects and soothes, extracts of chamomile, rosemary, and sea buckthorn that calm sensitive skin and combat the harmful effects of sun exposure with a powerful antioxidant boost. It also contains jojoba oil which balances the skin.

Suitable for:

• Everyone, for both face and body.
• It is non-greasy and leaves the skin dry and slightly matte. Therefore, it is also suitable for oily and acne-prone skin.
• The cream is tested and approved for broad-spectrum protection (SPF 30) against UVA and UVB.
• A cream ideal for very sensitive skin, from the youngest babies to adults.

Usage:

Apply a pea-sized amount to the entire face and neck instead of your moisturizer on cleansed skin. If your skin type is dry, apply your daily moisturizer first.

Aim to apply enough so the cream is well absorbed within about 10 minutes – the formula will continue to absorb excess oil and moisture over time. If your skin is dry, you may need to apply an additional pea-sized amount. For oily or combination skin, this is not necessary, especially if you use foundation.

If your skin turns red after 10 minutes without protection, you should reapply the sunscreen after 5 hours. Also reapply sunscreen every time you swim, shower, or towel dry.

Keep in mind: Supplement protection for children with clothing and use a high sun protection factor (at least 30). Note that even sunscreens with high protection do not provide complete protection against the sun’s rays.

The UVA label indicates that a sunscreen product protects against both UVA and UVB radiation. The EU recommends that UVA protection should be at least one-third of UVB protection. The EU recommends that a UVA symbol should be printed on the packaging to show that this protection is achieved. This UVA label is commonly found on sunscreens made in an EU country.
