Stinging Nettle is highly nutritious, rich in chlorophyll, antioxidants such as vitamin C and minerals like iron and calcium. The infusion especially is very rich in minerals.
Usage:
Herbal tea: 1 teaspoon per cup, let steep for about 10 min.
Infusion: 15 grams of dried herb to 1/2 liter of freshly boiled water. Let steep covered in a pot for at least 4 hours (heat off). Store in refrigerator, you can drink 2-4 cups per day, or use as a base in a smoothie. Remember to also drink water as nettle can make you thirsty.
