Lion's Mane is known as Igelkottssvamp in Sweden. It is a type of tooth fungus that grows on trees. The mushroom has a hanging appearance resembling a mane and is white to yellowish-white in color. It is protected in Sweden but abundant in Asia where it is sold both fresh and dried.

This super mushroom has gained significant attention in recent years for its properties related to cognitive function, mood, and the nervous system.
