Thyme is appreciated both as an herbal tea and as a cooking spice. It is an aromatic herb. Excellent to blend with other herbs such as peppermint and sage.
Usage:
Herbal tea: 1 teaspoon per cup, let steep for about 10 min.
Gargle solution: Strong tea can be used as a gargle for sore throat. Also suitable for mouth rinse.
Tea for cough: Thyme and sage.
