The insulation keeps the bottle cold (with ice cubes) for up to 12 hours. It also retains heat longer than regular water bottles. Feel free to preheat the sippy cup by pouring in hot boiled water, which you then pour out before filling it with the contents.

The bottle is compatible with most nipples and can easily be converted into a baby bottle, straw bottle, or sports bottle by purchasing a nipple or another cap.
