Pureness MCT oil is a high-quality fractionated coconut oil with medium-chain fatty acids. The name MCT comes from Medium Chain Triglycerides. MCT oil from coconut is popular in LCHF.
MCT oil contains 60% caprylic acid (C8) and 40% capric acid (C10). It is tasteless, odorless, and colorless, making it very useful in cooking. It can withstand heating but is not recommended for frying.
Usage: Take 1 tsp – 1 tbsp in liquids like coffee, smoothies, or on salad as a dressing.
Storage: Keep opened bottle in a dark and cool place.
