Usage: Shake before use. Dosage depends on your body weight, the effect you want to achieve, and your diet. RÅ recommends about 1 dl per day. Of course, it is fine to drink more than that. The taste may vary depending on the season.

How do I open my box?

• Open the tab on the short side of the box and pull out the tap (or alternatively open from the bottom of the box).
• Place the tap correctly in the opening.
• Place a glass under the tap to avoid spills.
• Press the sides (wings) of the tap to pour the juice. No plastic needs to be removed.
