Terranova’s Organic Omega 3-6-7-9 is a balanced, certified organic full-spectrum omega oil from the plant kingdom with essential fatty acids from flaxseed oil, hemp oil, olive oil, borage oil, rice bran oil, and sea buckthorn oil. An excellent oil for those who are vegetarian, vegan, or simply want a blend of plant-based fatty acids.

Dosage for adults: 1-3 teaspoons daily on a spoon, with food, in smoothies, or in dressings.

The recommended dose should not be exceeded. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store in a dry place and out of reach of children.

Contents in glass bottle: 250 ml, enough for 50 to 16 days depending on dosage.

About the ingredients:

Organic flaxseed oil – Flax is especially rich in omega-3 fatty acids and alpha-linolenic acid, making it ideal to balance foods that contain large amounts of omega-6 fatty acids.

Organic hemp seed oil – Hemp seed oil is one of the best plant sources of omega-3 fatty acids. It also has a pleasant nutty flavor.

Organic olive oil – Most of the fatty acids in olive oil are omega-9 monounsaturated fats. Olive oil is rich in polyphenol antioxidants.

Organic borage oil – Borage oil contains the highest amount of gamma-linolenic acid (GLA) of all plants. It is a very good oil for, among other things, the skin.

Organic rice bran oil – Rice bran is rich in antioxidants and a variety of compounds such as tocotrienols, tocopherols, and gamma oryzanol.

Organic sea buckthorn oil from fruit – The oil contains the omega-7 fatty acid. It also contains large amounts of polyphenolic antioxidants.
