Calcium, 120 capsules

Thorne's Calcium is a concentrated calcium supplement. When two calcium molecules are bound to one molecule of malic acid (malate), a concentrated form of calcium is obtained that is easily absorbed by the cells.

Calcium contributes to:

• normal blood clotting.
• normal muscle function.
• normal energy metabolism.
• normal neurotransmission.
• the normal function of digestive enzymes.
• reducing the loss of bone mass in women after menopause. This effect is achieved with a consumption of at least 1200 mg of calcium from all sources per day for women over 50 years old.

Dosage for adults: 1 capsule twice a day with food. Preferably combine with vitamin D3 and vitamin K.
