NAC / N-acetylcysteine, 90 capsules

Thorne's NAC contains 500 mg per capsule of N-Acetyl Cysteine, also called NAC. Cysteine is needed in the body to produce glutathione. Supplementing with NAC therefore supports the body's glutathione levels. NAC has a mucolytic effect, supports the immune system, and has antioxidant activity.

Dosage for adults: 1 capsule per day or as recommended, taken between meals.

Note: Not for pregnant or breastfeeding women or when taking blood thinners. Caution should be exercised in cases of diabetes or a tendency to kidney stones.

The recommended dose should not be exceeded. Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store in a dry place and out of reach of children.
