Vitamin D is an important vitamin and hormone that the skin produces when exposed to the sun. Many, especially in northern regions, risk deficiency. Thorne's D-1000 provides 1000 IU of D3 per capsule from lanolin, with vitamin E as an antioxidant. Can be used as a maintenance dose over time.

Adult dosage: 1 capsule 1-3 times daily with food.

Recommended dose should not be exceeded. Food supplements should not be used as an alternative to a varied diet. Store in a dry place and out of reach of children.
