Holy Basil, also known as Tulsi, is one of the most sacred and renowned herbs in Indian culture. For thousands of years, this holy basil - its leaves, roots, and extracts - has been consumed or drunk as tea by people.
Besides antioxidants and vitamins, holy basil also contains large amounts of phytonutrients.
Adult dosage: 1 capsule per day before meals. Can be increased to 1 capsule 3 times per day. Note: Should not be used during pregnancy / breastfeeding, by children, or people taking blood-thinning medications.
