Vimergy B-Complex

Adapto B-Complex is a dietary supplement with eight B vitamins in their active forms. It is high-dosed and also contains supportive organic rhodiola and organic sea buckthorn.

Active B Vitamins

• B-12 comes in the forms of methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin. Methylcobalamin is a biologically active form of vitamin B12.
• Folic acid as L-methylfolate, which is the form of folate the body can use directly, unlike synthetic folic acid that needs to be converted.
• Vitamin B6 comes as pyridoxal-5-phosphate.
