With a long journey in the world of health behind them, our founders Rahima, Tom, Adam and Mikael had seen it all.

Hyped brands that started strong but lowered their quality as they grew. People who bought expensive products that made no difference. And trends that promised everything but delivered very little.

But above all, the frustration of people who genuinely want to feel better but don’t know who they can trust.

They had been there themselves.

In health food stores, holding three different magnesium products in their hands. Sitting in front of computer screens, reading 47 reviews just to find a detergent pure enough for their children’s skin. Trying to figure out which health products actually make a difference — and which are just a waste of money.

In the spring of 2020, they decided to found Glimja: A health store guaranteed to be free from junk.

We only sell products you can trust

We go through hundreds of brands and select only the small fraction that truly meets our standards.

Each product is then reviewed and approved by our health experts according to three strict requirements:

• 0% unnecessary additives (see the full list here)

• No unpleasant substances (see the full list here)

• Always high quality

After that, our team tests the products in real life to ensure that they do what they promise.

And if new research or customer reviews show that something no longer meets the standard? We remove it.

That way, you can breathe easy and shop for everything you need for your health – without worrying about what’s inside.

A journey that started long before 2020

Glimja is not our first attempt to make health simpler. On the contrary. Glimja includes several companies founded by people with the same frustration and the same vision:
