Now in spring, your hair might feel a bit damaged after winter, so give it a natural boost. Recipe for 1 hair mask:
1/2 avocado
1 tbsp of your favorite oil, such as argan, jojoba, camellia, almond or apricot kernel oil.
1 tbsp coconut oil
3 drops of essential oil
Mash the avocado in a bowl and add the oils. Massage into your hair, leave on for 15 min. First apply shampoo, then rinse, which makes it easier to remove the oil.
