Avocado is highly beneficial for the skin. It provides deep moisture to the skin and kills bacteria that cause acne, making it a great mask for both dry and oilier skin types. Many also find that avocado gives radiance to the skin.
Recipe for vegan-friendly mask:
1/2 ripe avocado
1 tbsp lemon juice (omit if you have very sensitive skin)
1 tsp olive oil, black cumin oil or argan oil
Recipe for vegetarian mask:
1/2 ripe avocado
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp Greek yogurt (if you have very oily skin, you can choose low-fat yogurt) 1 tsp olive oil
Mix all ingredients well and apply to your face, leave on for 30 min, rinse off with lukewarm water. Moisturize your skin with your favorite oil.
