Chia pudding can be varied in countless ways, here's a basic recipe you can start from:
2 tbsp chia seeds
200 ml plant-based milk such as almond, rice, coconut, hazelnut, tiger nut milk etc.
Let swell in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to overnight.
You can add vanilla powder, cinnamon, cardamom, cocoa, goji berries, berries, berry powder, our beautiful new color powders, fruit, lime, lemon, coconut, matcha tea or vegetables such as baby spinach and kale.
