Rinse goji berries in cold water (about 1/2 cup goji berries to 3 cups water). Place them in a heat-resistant container with a lid – such as a teapot or teacup and pour in hot water. Cover with the lid and let them sit for 1 hour. Then just enjoy. Simple and beneficial.
Adaptogen protein smoothie (1 serving)
1 1/4 cups unsweetened almond milk or water
140 g frozen cauliflower florets
3 ice cubes
1 scoop plant-based protein
4 small pitted dates (or two large ones)
2 tbsp tahini
1 tbsp maca powder
1 tsp schisandra powder
1/2 tsp sea salt (not needed if tahini is salted)
1/2 tsp cinnamon

1 1/2 tbsp chaga extract, reishi extract or cordyceps extract

1/4 tsp vanilla powder
1 tbsp cashew butter or other nut butter you like
2 tbsp coconut cream
1 tbsp honey or 2 dates if you are vegan
1 tbsp coconut oil
a pinch of cinnamon
a pinch of cardamom
