Goji Berry & Smoothies with Adaptogens

Rinse goji berries in cold water (about 1/2 cup goji berries to 3 cups water). Place them in a heat-resistant container with a lid – such as a teapot or teacup and pour in hot water. Cover with the lid and let them sit for 1 hour. Then just enjoy. Simple and beneficial.

Adaptogen protein smoothie (1 serving)

  • 1 1/4 cups unsweetened almond milk or water

  • 140 g frozen cauliflower florets

  • 3 ice cubes

  • 1 scoop plant-based protein

  • 4 small pitted dates (or two large ones)

  • 2 tbsp tahini

  • 1 tbsp maca powder

  • 1 tsp schisandra powder

  • 1/2 tsp sea salt (not needed if tahini is salted)

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Blend everything in a powerful blender, pour into a beautiful glass and enjoy.

Adaptogen mushroom/coffee smoothie for (2 servings)

  • 3 cups hot organic coffee or chaga tea if you prefer

  • 1 1/2 tbsp chaga extract, reishi extract or cordyceps extract

  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder

  • 3 tbsp hemp seeds

  • 1 tbsp maca powder

  • 1/4 tsp vanilla powder

  • 1 tbsp cashew butter or other nut butter you like

  • 2 tbsp coconut cream

  • 1 tbsp honey or 2 dates if you are vegan

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

  • a pinch of cinnamon

  • a pinch of cardamom

Blend everything in a blender, pour into beautiful cups and enjoy.
