2 ripe avocados
5 tbsp carob powder
2 pinches vanilla powder Fruit skewers
2 slices of kiwi
4 small pieces of watermelon
2 wooden skewers
Garnish:
Fresh mint
Place avocado in a blender together with carob and vanilla and blend until smooth. Thread the fruit onto skewers
