Nettle & Coconut Fudge with lime, approximately 10 pieces
2 dl coconut flakes
2 tbsp Holistic nettle powder
2 tbsp coconut oil, soft not liquid
2 tbsp coconut sugar
1 tbsp honey
3-4 tsp lime juice
zest from two organic limes
Instructions:
Process coconut flakes in a food processor.
Add the remaining ingredients except lime juice. Process until it becomes a dough that you can shape into squares. If it doesn't work, add lime juice, a little at a time.
Shape into squares or place in a square or rectangular mold, and refrigerate for about 1 hour.
Store in the refrigerator and take out before serving.
