Recipe & picture Erica Palmcrantz Aziz Nettle & Coconut Fudge with lime, about 10 pieces
2 cups coconut flakes
2 tablespoons Holistic nettle
2 tablespoons coconut oil, soft non-liquid
2 tablespoons coconut sugar
1 tablespoon honey
3-4 teaspoons lime juice,
zest of two organic limes
proceed as follows:
Process coconut flakes in the food processor.
Add remaining ingredients except for the lime juice. Process until it becomes a dough that you can shape into squares, adding lime juice one teaspoon at a time.
Shape into squares or place in a mold, square or rectangular, and refrigerate for about 1 hour.
Store in the refrigerator and prepare before serving.
